Can Indian grandparents on tourist visa bring a British citizen baby to USA?
Can a baby (british passport) travel with his grandparents (indian) to USA?? If yes, does he need a USA visitor visa?
yes, but he needs to have parent consent in some sort of document giving the grandparents permission to leave the country with him/her. I went to Chile on vacation alone with my sister when we were 9 and 11, but BOTH our parents had to sign documents saying they consent to us leaving the country. this is only done for minors.
