My baby choke???
Hello, my son is 8 months old and my first baby. For a month or two, when I put down for a nap or bedtime, it rolls on its side, bumper seized her bed and stuffs his face into, to fall asleep. I'm so scared. When I see him do that, I naturally move. But sometimes when I go check on him (which I almost had an obsession now, because I'm afraid) is back in the same situation, with his face between the bumper and the mattress. When he first began to turn from right to left, He slept in a crib with a bumper, and I took them off for a week or two, because it became her face smooshed against him, but he hit his head all the time, so I gave them, then we had a crib. Also, it runs all the time, to his feet and legs stuck between the bars of the bed, so I 'm not sure if removing the bumper would be safe either. Help! What should I do?
Hello, I too have an 8 months old I have started putting on his bed for a nap because she is a robot master. She tends to squirm around before falling asleep. Today it fell asleep with his face in his hands right by the bumper. I check on his property, but I have a small house so you can do other things, while keeping and eye on her. It is recommended to remove the bumper, a blanket and stuffed animal. But it seems that your baby is to use the bumper Blanky or as a kind of comfort device. I would keep an eye on him. Maybe the bumper complete with a teddy bear. As your little guy grows he will get more comfortable than you. I know that my daughter is very good to let me know when things are not how she wants. Just keep an eye and an ear on it:)
