what is a good healthy diet??? just had baby so want to shift around 45lbs?

Hi everyone i have just had my 4th baby and on all my others i lost weight whilst pregnant but on this one i have gained 45lbs and really want to lose it quick but not to quick where it will all pile back on i want to be able to eat healthy and keep it off.

As a general rule you need 3 portions of carbohydrate, (ideally wholegrains such as brown rice or wholewheat pasta), 3 of protein (such as eggs or beans), 3 of fats (for example avocado or nuts), 2 of dairy (like cheese or yogurt) and at least 5 of fruit and vegetables. Drink lots of water and aim for about 1800 calories a day. X
