how to wean babies off formula

How can I wean my 4 month old off the breast?
Hello,
I LOVE breastfeeding my 4 month old son. Unfortunately, where I work I do not have time to pump and what is worst is that there is no refrigerator. I am forced to formula feed. What I want to do is formula feed during the day and maybe breastfeed at night. How can I get my baby to eat the formula. Sometimes he takes about 1-2 ounces of it and then just refuses. He starts crying and I know he’s hungry. He just won’t take it. I even changed the formula. Please help. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Pump at home. And if you pump at work, just throw it away. Only pump enough to keep yourself from becoming engorged. Pump when you get home then feed the baby. Trust me. The baby can get milk from the breast when some pumps can’t so don’t think you will take it all and leave the baby none. I sympathize with your baby. My last one was like that too. But she stayed on the breast, in terms of months longer than any of my other babies.
