How long after baby cereal did you start giving baby food?
when they started cereal. Cause I put fruit in all their cereal. You introduce your baby to one different fruit or vegetables a week. Give your baby time to get use to the food and make sure they show not signs of being allergic to it. Of course I would grind up food I was eating and fed it to my sons. So as far as vegetables,potatoes and meat they eat what I ate. They loved it and never had a problem with it. I just watched how I seasoned my food.
