cinema for babies toronto

Can I take my 17 month old to the movies..!?
I am 20 years old and a single mother to a 17 month old baby boy and I really want to take him its so boring in the house sometimes. I am a SAHM (Stay at home mother) and live alone and cook, clean and take care of my son. going for walks and doing school online and going to the parks etc.. Could get boring. I live in Canada (Toronto, Ontario) we have a cinema / movie theatre around my place. Would the sound be to loud for his sensitive ears? do you think he would make a fuss or would like it? We always cuddle up and watch a movie on the couch and hes really good and actually pays attention lol. Would the graphics and colours be to much for him especially on a Huge screen? Let me know all the things I need to know before taking him to the theatres. Thanks in advance.
I;m in Edmonton biut I think ALL the Cineplex theaters do this. look into “Strollers and Stars”, it is a ‘mommy and me’ movie (all the top hits are shown) and the sound is lower and the lights are not as dim. That way, you dont have to worry about if he makes some noise, there are literally newborns at these movies.
