Did any one elses Newborn have joundice when they left the hospital?
My baby has jaundice and every day they’ve done test. And its gone up to 12 now. I’m starting to get worried. Did this happen to anyone else.
All three of my brothers and also I had jaundice and also my daughter did. It is nothing to be to to worried. The doctors will keep a close eye if they get worried do something about it. It is an easy thing to fix if it starts to get bad. UV light is what they use if regular sun light doesn’t work.Did they show you how to check for it? It starts at the head and goes down and you can see the line a little around the body. My daughters wasn’t to bad and with in a week it went away. Also if you are not sure where the line is, put your finger where you think it is and if you touch the skin it and then pull your finger away and it looks yellow were you touched that that’s there if it is not yellow it has not gone down that far.
