babies eating schedule

babies eating schedule
What is a daily schedule for a 5 1/2 month old?

I am mainly concerned about food. How much baby food/ rice cereal does your baby eat and when? When and how much formula/breastmilk does she eat? I am trying to get my little one one a good eating schedule

My daughter will be 6months on the 13th of August. Here is our basic daily schedule. It obviously varies by about an hour either side of the times I’ve used but basically in the same order.

She wakes around 7am, I bring her into my bed and feed her and we both fall back asleep for another hour or so. WHen she wakes again, we have a little play in bed and get up around 8:30am (sometimes we don’t both go back to sleep and I get up after her feed and she goes to bed in her cot)
get up and change nappy/get dressed (or the occasional pyjama day LOL) and have a play.
She goes down for another nap aroun 10 and sleep for about 45 minutes.
Breast milk at 11ish followed by solids… usually a vegetable or fruit. sometimes rice cereal. She normally has about 2-3 tablespoons.
Another play/book/walk (and I try to fit in lunch) and she is down for another nap around 12:30pm. Sleeps for about 45mins again and up and awake time. feed at around 3pm followed by 2-3 tablespoons of solids again. Then probably time for another nap. She may go down in her cot or if I am tired we will have an nap together in my bed or sometimes she sleeps on the couch while I lay down and watch a movie. If we nap together or while I watch a movie… she will sleep for 1 or 2 hours but in her cot she wakes after 45mins. Play time/book etc before bed, bath or top and tail followed by a massage some days. Milk feed at aroun 7pm followed by some rice cereal. She sits up quietly with is for about 10 mins to let the food settle then bed time.
Some nights she wakes for a feed anywhere between 11 and 3 but other nights she sleeps through til the next morning.
Once she is in bed, I clean up … do dishes etc and get myself to bed much later than I would like :)
Hope that helps and that it all makes sense
