babies born at 32 weeks survival rate

what are the chances of survival at 32 weeks?
what are the survival rates and complications of a baby thats born 32-33 weeks, what do they weigh roughly and how long would they need to be in the NICU (neonatal intensive care unit)??
32 weekers to pretty good. I work in the newborn nursery but the NICU is right down the hall from me. The baby will be admitted to the NICU, might need some oxygen support, maybe by nasal cannula (prongs in the nose) or CPAP, positive pressure actually pushing air into the lungs helping the lungs inflate. Or may do just fine breathing on it’s own. Has mom had betamethasone injections to develope baby’s lungs? That will surely help baby in the long run. Over all babies of that age do great, usually are able to feed by mouth, possibly nurse. They usually stay being called “feeders and growers” doing just that “feeding and growing”. They have to be able to eat and keep down a certain amount of food and gain a certain amt of weight to be able to go home.
That’s how it works in our NICU. Good luck to you or whoever is expecting this early baby!!
